By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.
General
The client must be 18+
Work must be credited on any platform it appears on (Twitch/Youtube/Twitter/Tiktok etc.)
I reserve the right to decline any commission orders without any explanation.
I reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time.
I retain the right to display the commission in my portfolio and on social media but delays in publication for certain periods of time can be granted for a fee upon request.
Any use of my work for hateful or discriminatory purposes will not be accepted.
My work is not to be used for or in association to NFTs or any other crypto/block-chain related uses.

Payments
I take at least 50% of total payment up front as an initial down payment, the rest of the payment is due upon completion before delivery.
Payments are to be made through Ko-fi commission pages.
Revisions
Revisions are allowed throughout the rigging process, I will send you regular updates as I work on it.
An additional charge may result in the event that an extensive amount of revisions or revisions that result in redoing work already done occurs.
Model revisions are not accepted after 2 weeks of receiving your model. Further revisions after that period will incur fees.
Deadlines & Delivery
Clients will only be receiving “digital” goods. There is no shipping of any physical goods.
I am only liable to keep files viable for download for up to 3 weeks after delivery of the final product.
Final live2d rigging will be delivered as a link to the moc3 and relevant files, cmo3 files are not available for client use.
Models vary in time needed depending on request/complexity, please allow for up to 4 months for the process.
Rush deadlines can potentially be accommodated for with the inclusion of a rush fee.
Use
All live2d rigging and live2d model art are by default delivered with a standard commercial license.
The Standard License includes as follows:Usage - Promotional use on social media and streaming platforms.Nontransferrable - The client may not transfer or re-sell deliverables provided by me without permission.Modifications - Extensive modifications performed by the client or an external party is prohibited unless I provide written permission.Non-exclusive - deliverables are retained as my intellectual property
Additional commercial use such as merchandising of art delivered can be discussed for a separate fee.
Intellectual Property Rights
The client must be the copyright owner or an eligible copyright license user of the source artwork provided by the client or by the original artist.
By requesting service from me, you give the consent on behalf of yourself and the artist to the modification of the source artwork as I see fit to complete the commission.
Clients may not claim the work as their own.
Refunds
Initial down payment cannot be refunded once work has started.
I reserve the right to withdraw from finishing a commission if problems occur that should make me uncomfortable.
Depending on the progress made on the art/time spent you may be issued a full, partial, or no refund if more than the initial down payment has been made.
I reserve the right to cancel the commission with no refunds if 2 weeks pass without response from the client after work begins and no prior agreement has been made about communication delays.
